Need-Based Aid

Our need-based aid program, Richmond in Reach, provides our students with ways to access 100 percent of the money they need to meet educational costs.

And consider this: Richmond never looks at a family’s finances when making admission decisions. In other words, we accept students for who they are, then help them find ways to pay whatever they cannot. For those who qualify, much of this is in the form of grants, which do not need to be repaid.

Richmond In Reach packages are available to all eligible, full-time undergraduate students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents. In general, these packages are renewable each year, provided that the student is making satisfactory academic progress.
